- Extract 2 teaspoon amla (gooseberry) juice and add it to an equal quantity of lime juice. Mix well and apply to the scalp. Once it dries on your scalp, rinse using warm water. Amla is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and is thus elixir for your hair. Eating an amla everyday or drinking amla juice is also a good practice as this fulfils the vitamin c requirements of the body.
- Mix coriander leaves with some water and grind to make a paste. Apply this all over your scalp. Keep it on for at least 30 minutes and then rinse. It is packed with essential vitamins and proteins, which help in promoting growth of hair and combating hair fall.
